Every second year theNordic Theatre Meeting (Nordic Theatre Days) is organised by the member organisationholding the NTU presidency. The meeting lasts several days andincludes seminars, panel discussions and informal meetings. Its aimis to share information, identify good practices and to get to knowother Nordic countries’ theatre scenes. It is a possibility forNordic theatre professionals and organisations to get to know eachother, network and cooperate.

An essential part of themeeting forms the artistic programme. That’s why the Nordic TheatreMeeting usually happens in the context of a national, internationalor Nordic theatre festival. During the meeting the Nordic Drama Awardis handed out for the best new Nordic theatre play.

The next NordicTheatre Meeting will be held in Lund, Sweden from 5^thto 8^th August 2010 in collaboration with Bibu.
